4 Ingredient Air Fryer Pepper Poppers Recipe 

These 4-ingredient air fryer pepper poppers offer popper tastes without the heat. For a little heat, add pepper Jack cheese. These will disappear first at your next viewing party.  

– 1 bell pepper, any color – 8 ounces cream cheese, softened – 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dip mix – 2 teaspoons real bacon bit


Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (199 degrees C) per manufacturer's instructions.



Lengthwise quarter the bell pepper. Discard stem, membrane, and seeds. Half each quarter lengthwise.  

Stir cream cheese, ranch dip mix, and bacon bits in a bowl. Divide mixture between pepper slices, 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons each slice, with a spoon.  

Fill the air fryer basket with filled bell peppers. Cook 8–10 minutes until cheese filling is gently browned. Air fryers differ, so check after 8 minutes.
