Healthy Green Juice Recipe 

After the holidays or whenever you feel like you have overdone it, this recipe for green juice is an excellent way to detoxify your body. 

– 4 stalks celery, leaves removed – 2 green apples, halved – 1 cucumber – 6 leaves kale – ½ lemon, peeled – 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger


Accumulate all of the components. The following ingredients should be put through a juicer: celery, apples, cucumber, kale, lemon, and ginger. 



This can be served immediately, or it can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to a day; before drinking, give it a shake.
